Thanks for taking this brief survey! With many of our people getting vaccines in recent weeks, our Leadership Team wants to include your thoughts and opinions as we make decisions about the future. Please answer the questions as honestly as possible. Names are helpful but optional!

Safety precautions

Tell us your comfort level with masks, physical distancing, etc. For instance, we are now using every other pew. With the vaccine, tell us how you would feel about using each pew but staggering the seating so no one is right behind another, etc. CHECK AS MANY AS APPLY...

Resurrection Sunday (Easter) Worship

We want to see if we need to add a second service for Resurrection Sunday. If so, it would be an 8:30 service. The Choir would sing only at 11:00, and alternate worship music would be provided at 8:30. If we reach capacity with precautions, we can have some overflow in the the Fellowship Hall.
